Janae Falconer has been part of the Midwest Ag Professionals team since 2011 and has served as a crop insurance agent since 2012. With deep roots in agriculture, Janae grew up in the cattle industry and was actively involved in her family’s feedyard and cow/calf operations, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and responsibilities producers face every day.

What Janae enjoys most about working with farmers and ranchers is being able to support the people who help feed the world, especially during difficult and unpredictable seasons. She values the peace of mind crop insurance provides and appreciates helping producers protect their livelihoods against uncontrollable weather and other risks.

The team continually invests in education and training to provide the best insurance products and coverage options available to rural communities. She also values the company’s mapping services, which help personalize policies, improve understanding of each operation, and allow the team to provide faster, more effective solutions for clients.

Family is at the center of Janae’s life. She and her husband, Ryan, have been married since 2014 and have three children: Ty and twins Hadlee and Clay. Ryan serves as General Manager for Winter Livestock and manages yearlings throughout the year. Alongside their professional careers and personal cattle operation, they also help with Janae’s family cow/calf operation.

Outside of work, Janae enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to the mountains, and taking ranger rides around the ranch to check cattle. She also enjoys the occasional spa and shopping day when time allows. During busy crop insurance season, she keeps fueled with coffee favorites like a London Fog or an iced brown sugar shaken espresso.
